How it works

How it works: five stages, no guesswork

RaidAI, from the team behind Triangle Software, takes you from your first question to working proof and a clear plan. Here's what happens at every step.

From a useful question to a confident decision.

  1. A team meeting round a boardroom table

    Structured intake

Tell us how your business works. Start with a short assessment or talk it through with us.

We start with your business, not the technology.

  2. Two people at monitors showing dashboards

    Opportunity scoring

We rank your processes against what AI does well, weighing potential return against cost and effort.

The strongest opportunities rise to the top.

  3. Hands on a tablet showing line charts

    Proof of concept

We build a working demonstration using your real, anonymised data. Try it before committing to development.

Evidence you can see. A decision you can trust.

  4. A woman reading a report on a tablet at a desk

    Report and recommendation

Get the findings in plain English, with realistic costs, a roadmap and the limitations stated clearly.

    A practical recommendation. No overselling.

  5. Hands holding a tablet showing code

    Build or hand over

Triangle Software's team builds it, or you take a development-ready brief to your own team or anyone you choose.

Your brief. Your choice of development team.

Questions clients ask

Straight answers, up front.

The questions that come up before anyone commits to a build.

Do I have to commit to development?

No. The point of the proof of concept is that you see something working on your own data before you decide whether to build anything. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you.

What data do you need for the proof of concept?

Usually a sample of real, anonymised data relevant to the opportunity. We agree exactly what's needed up front, and we keep it to the minimum that proves the point.

How long does it take?

It depends on the opportunity, so we agree the timings with you before we start. Discovery is a short, focused piece of work. The proof of concept is kept to the smallest build that shows whether it works on your data, and you'll know when to expect it before you commit to anything.

Do we have to use you for the build?

No. We're happy to build it with Triangle Software's team, but the development-ready brief is yours to take to your own team or any supplier. You're never locked in.

What if AI won't help my business?

Then we'll say so, and why. We'd rather tell you early than sell you something that doesn't pay back.

Do we need clean data?

No. Most SMEs keep their information across spreadsheets, emails and a system or two, and that's normal. Part of discovery is looking at what you have and what it would take to use it. If your data isn't good enough for an opportunity yet, we'll tell you, and what it would take to fix.

Do we need an IT team?

No. We do the technical work and explain it in plain English. What we need is time with the people who know how the work gets done, so we can see where the hours go.

What happens on the 20-minute call?

You tell us how your business runs and where the time goes. We give you a straight read on whether AI is worth exploring, and agree a practical next step with you. That might be discovery, the free assessment, or nothing at all. No slides and no sales pressure.
