Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This privacy notice is for Raid AI Ltd, trading as RaidAI ("we", "us" or "our"). It explains how and why we collect, store, use and share ("process") your personal information when you:

  • visit our website at raidai.co.uk
  • contact us, ask us to arrange a call or complete our free AI assessment
  • deal with us in other ways, including sales, marketing and events

We decide how your personal information is processed, so we are its controller. If you have any questions or concerns, email us at info@raidai.co.uk.

Summary of key points

  • What we collect: the details you give us in our forms, and some technical information about your visit. We don't collect sensitive personal information, and we don't collect information about you from third parties.
  • Why: to answer your enquiry, prepare your assessment results and keep the site secure, and, if you agree, to understand how the site is used and send you news about our services.
  • Who we share it with: the service providers that host the site and deliver our email and, with your consent, run our analytics and advertising measurement. We don't sell your personal information.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and object to how we use it. See section 9.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you give us

When you contact us, ask us to arrange a call or complete the free AI assessment, we collect what you give us. That can include:

  • your name, job title, company, work email address and phone number
  • what you'd like help with, in your own words
  • for the assessment: your sector, number of employees and turnover band, the software you use, where your team loses time, your goals, budget band and constraints, and how you heard about us
  • whether you'd like to hear from us about our services

We don't process sensitive personal information, so please don't include any in the free-text fields.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time. When you submit the assessment, we also store your IP address and the time, to help prevent abuse. We use this information to keep the site secure and working.

If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag also collect information about your visit. See section 5.

2. How do we use your information?

We use your personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for
  • prepare our observations on where AI could help your business, from your assessment answers
  • send you news about our services, if you've agreed to it
  • keep our website and forms secure, including stopping spam and abuse
  • understand how our website is used and measure our LinkedIn adverts, if you've accepted those cookies
  • meet our legal obligations

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

UK data protection law requires us to explain the legal bases we rely on to process your personal information:

  • Legitimate interests: to reply to business enquiries, prepare your assessment results and keep our website secure. We weigh these interests against your rights, and you can object at any time.
  • Steps before a contract: when you ask us about working together.
  • Consent: for analytics and marketing cookies, and for news about our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 9).
  • Legal obligations: where the law requires us to keep or share information, for example for tax and accounting, or when a regulator asks.

4. When and with whom do we share your information?

We share your information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only as we instruct:

  • Triangle Software Ltd, which hosts this website and our database on Microsoft Azure
  • Google, which delivers our email (Google Workspace) and, if you accept analytics cookies, provides Google Analytics
  • LinkedIn, which provides the LinkedIn Insight Tag, if you accept marketing cookies

We may also share information if we sell or merge our business, or if the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations, such as the UK-US data bridge, or by the ICO's international data transfer agreement or addendum.

5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We use the cookies the site needs to work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn adverts and show our adverts to people who've visited. Nothing optional is set until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Our cookie policy lists the cookies and what they do.

To opt out of Google Analytics on every website, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We keep enquiries and assessment answers for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we go on to work together, we keep them for as long as the contract and the law require. If you've agreed to hear from us, we keep your contact details until you ask us to stop. Our server logs are kept for 31 days.

When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymise it. If that isn't possible straight away, for example because it's in a backup, we store it securely and keep it from any further use until it can be deleted.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections to this website and restricted access to our systems. No transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we can't promise that nobody will ever get unauthorised access to your information, but we work hard to prevent it.

8. Do we collect information from children?

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from, or market to, anyone under 18. If you think we hold information about someone under 18, email us at info@raidai.co.uk and we'll delete it.

9. What are your privacy rights?

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of your personal information
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • object to how we use it, including for direct marketing
  • ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation, where this applies
  • not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing

To use any of these rights, email info@raidai.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.

Withdrawing consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. For cookies, use "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page. To stop hearing from us, email us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

10. Do we update this notice?

We update this notice when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we'll make that clear on this page.
